Hide and Seek Video and EP

The Hide snd Seek video filmed by Crystal Spotlight has encountered some unavoidable delays meaning that the video and the three-song EP from Ross Merrin will now be released early in 2025. Deaf Fret believes it will be worth the wait!

How Beats the Original Heart published

In a busy week for Deaf Fret artists, Ross Merrin’s debut novel was published on the 28th. Part of the ‘Moments of Tiny Violence’ intersectional trilogy, it wraps power, truth and existential philosophy around the thrilling narrative of a band touring a post-religious world with peril never far away. 

Book Launch Imminent

The debut novel from Deaf Fret author Ross Merrin, ‘How Beats the Original Heart’, will be published on Monday the 28th of October. Ross has linked up with Cameron Publicity and Marketing to bring the book to a wider audience and a website will be launched by Crystal Spotlight at the same time.

Hide and Seek EP

The Hide and Seek EP from Ross Merrin has been scheduled for release at the end of November with a fantastic video by Miles Skarin at Crystal Spotlight, now in its last post-production stages, to accompany the title track.

Yellowjacket Renamed

The short film by Armin Seddigh-Tonekaboni, originally titled ‘Yellowjacket’ has now been renamed ‘Placeholder’ and is at its final-edit stage.  Watch for the trailer posted here and YouTube imminently.
