Introducing Terence Charles

New Deaf Fret artist, Terence Charles, will be playing his inaugural gig at the iconic Clissold Arms, London, N2 on the 28th of January. He will be playing his debut single ‘Hear Me Now’ along with others from his repertoire. The evening starts at 7pm, entry is free and he will be supported by other local songwriting talents.

Recording Vocals

Recording on Ross Merrin’s forthcoming EP is now at the vocals stage and Deaf Fret is working on the first video with Miles Skarin at Crystal Spotlight.

Short Film – Yellowjacket

Deaf Fret is Executive Producer on the short film, ‘Yellowjacket’ directed by talented auteur Armin Seddigh-Tonekaboni. The film is currently in its post-production stage – more news to follow on this and other projects in the pipeline.

Book News

The final edit of the first work of fiction published by Deaf Fret has completed its final edit. Written by an author who wishes to remain anonymous, it is one of a trilogy that can be read in any order. It’s cover is currently being finalised ahead of an unusual marketing campaign upon its release in 2024.

Book Release

In addition to working with Terence Charles on releases for 2024, Deaf Fret is in the final stages of preparing a book release by a vital debut author. More details to follow as they arrive.

Terence Charles Plays St. Andrew’s Church

Terence Charles plays at the beautiful St. Andrew’s Church in Muswell Hill as party of a specially-arranged series of lunchtime concerts. He will mostly be playing solo with piano or guitar but will be joined by Adam, Kica and Ross for limited tracks as an ensemble. Watch this space for news of an imminent debut EP from Terence Charles.

Back to Work

After a lengthy pandemic layoff Deaf Fret is back to live music on the evening of 30th of April. NTB, Euan Williams and Terence Charles play at the historic Clissold Arms, London, N2 – free entry and great local talent.
